Mad Matts Motorcycles Terms & Conditions

General
All goods remain the full property of Mad Matts Motorcycles until full payment is received.

Damaged Goods or Shortages
All orders should be checked immediately upon receipt. Damaged goods or Shortages must be reported to Mad Matts Motorcycles within 24 hours of receiving the items.

Returned Items
Any item(s) that have been received and are incorrect must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Once this has been reported, we can arrange for the items to be collected (provided they are within the UK) and the correct items resent on return of the original goods. Where there is a return due to an unwanted item or the item has been supplied correct but no longer required, this has to be returned by the customer within 14 days of receipt in the resalable condition it was sent (unopened in the original packaging) for credit or exchange, this will incur a 30% restocking fee.

Electrical Goods
All Electrical items that have been fitted to the motorcycle cannot be returned for credit.

Exchange Parts
Exchange parts cannot be refunded if Mad Matts Motorcycles consider the part to be in unserviceable condition.

Changes to Prices or Alterations
Whilst every effort is made to ensure and maintain the information on Mad Matts Motorcycles website is up-to-date and fully accurate. Product improvements and price alterations may occur during the lifespan of the website.
