What Personal Information about Customers does Mad Matts Motorcycles gather?

Information you provide us: We receive and store any information you enter on our website or we receive through any other method. This information is usually gathered from 1) placing an order in our web shop 2) requesting and sending in a mail order form 3) Faxing an order. You can choose not to provide certain information, and mandatory fields are simply there so that we have, for example, your correct name, home address and postcode.

We collect this type of information about you for two reasons: Firstly, so we can process your order successfully and secondly, to provide you with the best all round possible service.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing e-mail from us in the future after placing an order. You may e-mail us at enquires@madmattsmotorcycles.com at any time if you wish to opt out of receiving any marketing material that we may send you.

Do Mad Matts Motorcycles share any information about you?

· Simple Answer No. Information that we receive about you, obtained from on-line activities or from any other source is not passed outside Madmattsmotorcycles Ltd unless strictly necessary to delivery your order. (See “Outside Agents” below). Our aim is to respect your personal details and privacy. Other information about you, such as your e-mail address is also not divulged to any other outside party, and any mailing lists are encrypted so that no one else receiving a newsletter from us would know the identity of anyone else on the mailing list.
· Outside Agents – We use courier companies such as the Interlink and the Royal Mail to deliver your order. Your name and address only are held on the courier’s computer systems in order that labels may be printed out to attach to your parcel(s). The courier’s computers are held within our premises, therefore the database of customers details cannot be passed onto any outside organisations.
· Other Outside Parties – When requested by law, we would release information about you, for example during the course of a police or customs investigation.

Mad Matts Motorcycles does not sell products for purchase to children. It is assumed that adults using their own credit/debit card make all on-line purchases.
