Mad Matts Motorcycles is an internet based mail order company who supply customers with essential motorcycle spares and accessories. Our employees have a wealth of experience in the motorcycle industry after years in the trade. We have set up our business using many top brand suppliers to offer you, the motorcyclist, the best quality goods to the highest standard of service which you deserve.

What do you do?
We supply all major service spares and products to enable all motorcyclists to service their own motorcycles at competitive prices. Our aim is to ensure we can provide our customers with essential day-to-day parts with a swift express service that we believe other companies cannot provide.

What brands do you stock?
We stock all the major brands in the motorcycle Industry today. As safety is paramount and our utmost concern we only deal with renowned companies like EBC Brakes, DID, JT’s, Hiflo, NGK, Goodridge, Silkolene and many more.

How do I buy Goods?
You can purchase your parts from us via our secure certified website at www.madmattsmotorcycles.com where we accept all major debit and credit cards (inc solo & electron). Who do I make Cheques and Postal Orders Payable to?
All Cheques and Postal Orders are to be made payable to Mad Matts Motorcycles.

What delivery service do you use?
For small packet parcels we use the current royal mail service. For all larger consignments we use ANC who are renowned for their quality service with an excellent reputation.

What are the delivery services and costs?
We are currently running two main delivery services in mainland UK, a two day service which costs £7.95 and will be delivered within 2 working days, also a standard service which costs £4.95 and aims to deliver within 3-4 working days. All goods which are under 500g (ie spark plugs, air filters, fork seals etc) will be delivered using royal mail at the delivery cost of £2.50 in the (UK only).
For Highlands of Scotland & Islands ie. Jersey, Guensey. Items over 2kg in weight will cost £8.99 for a standard 3-4 delivery. Parcels under this weight can be sent at our normal postage rates with the royal mail service.

What happens if there is no one present at the address when delivered?
When an attempted delivery is made and there is no one present at the address, a courier’s card will be filled in by the driver and posted through your door. Once you have received this card you can take it down to your local post office or Interlink depot(s) for collection. However, the parcel will always be attempted to be delivered another time usually 1-2 working days after the first attempt. Alternatively, you can contact us to locate and find out an exact time of the second delivery.

Do we accept returned parcels?
Depending on circumstances if a parcel is sent out by us and is incorrect, then all attempts to collect the parcel from you at our cost will be made. However, when a parcel is received by the customer and is unwanted or ordered incorrectly, then you the customer must return the good(s) at your own cost and a restocking fee of 30% will be applied.
All parcels must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt is exact (unused) condition as when they were sent.
Once parcels have arrived back in our returns department, then they will be inspected and arrangements will be made to exchange the goods or refund the customer.

How long does it take to be refunded?
When you pay by Credit or Debit card, refunds will be made and take up to 3 working days to be credited to your account and show on statements. Cheques will be issued in refund when you pay by these means. These will take 2 or 3 working days to be issued.

What if a parcel does not arrive?

Once you have contacted us with the issue then we will attempt to locate the parcel with our courier. We will always ensure that a duplicate parcel will be sent if necessary.

What happens to customer’s personal data?
All information that is taken from our customers is kept on our secure system and under no circumstances passed onto other parties. We will only access your information if there is a need to contact you. We do occasionally send you out an e-mail every month with all our special offers and news.
